allyl isothiocyanate

CH2=CH–CH2–NCS; volatile mustard CH–allylisosulfocyanate; isothiocyanic allyl ester; obtained from Brassica nigra or produced synthetically; a vesicant, used in 10% solution in 50% alcohol as a counterirritant in neuralgia.
