Inability to write properly in the absence of abnormalities of the limb; often accompanies aphasia and alexia; caused by lesions in various portions of the cerebrum, especially those in or near the angular gyrus. Syn: anorthography, graphic aphasia, graphomotor aphasia, logagraphia.
